Qiaolian Association is a comprehensive platform linking overseas Chinese communities, Chinese business enterprises, industry talent, international trade resources and professional service networks. Its global headquarters is in Canada, with an Asia-Pacific operations and technology service centre in Hong Kong and a Southeast Asia business centre in Singapore. The Association works across international trade, overseas market entry, cross-border supply chains, digital services and industry collaboration, connecting research, resource coordination, project delivery, local communication and long-term operational support. Its role is to help members and partners organise practical internationalisation work within clear mandates, appropriate compliance requirements and confirmed scopes of service.
The Association is guided by the values “Rooted in Hometown, Devoted to Home and Nation, Business Connects the World.” Its talent network brings together overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, specialists and authorised partner organisations with experience in international trade, software and artificial intelligence, e-commerce, supply chains, legal and tax coordination, intellectual property, branding, market research and overseas operations. Members, advisers, project experts, regional contacts and service partners can be organised into cross-disciplinary working groups according to a company’s market, industry and development stage. Work is structured around needs analysis, role definition, information verification, professional coordination and review, so that cooperation remains accountable, appropriately documented and suited to the actual conditions of each engagement.
Hong Kong serves as the Association’s Asia-Pacific operations and digital-globalisation coordination hub. With Hong Kong technology companies, international technical partners and regional service networks, the Association coordinates multilingual websites, cross-border e-commerce, CRM, ERP, artificial intelligence, cloud deployment, data security and long-term operations. Canada, Singapore and partner networks in North America, Europe and other regions contribute market research, channel connection, project delivery, local communication and operational support. Each arrangement is shaped by the enterprise’s requirements, applicable rules, authorisation and confirmed scope, linking global networks, Hong Kong technology capability and regional implementation.
